2You've been working for at least 6 months in a strategic position at your NGO where you’re able to lead change.

4You'd agree that the NGO you work with may have goals but doesn't have a clear strategy of how they measure success.
5You work for an NGO that's open to adapting how they operate to improve the experience for their employees/volunteers and the communities they serve.
6Your NGO was established before May 2020 and has at least 5 full-time employees.
7You speak fluent Hebrew.
8You have strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable presenting information both formally and informally to others.

Do I need to speak English to participate in this program?
This program will be taught entirely in Hebrew but you may see some presentations that include English. Therefore we do require fluent Hebrew, plus basic English to ensure you really get the most out of this program.
Do I need to be able to come into the Tel Aviv office?
Yes, while this program is only one evening a week, it will be taught at the monday.com Tel Aviv office. That's because the program includes many hands-on both data analysis workshops that are best taught in person.
