  All sessions will take place over Zoom.

  Is this only for people affected by the current economic climate?

  
  Yes. This initiative is focused on helping people laid off due to company refinancing to help them get back into the field — not those looking to voluntarily make a career shift within or into tech.

  I was laid off, still want to work in tech, but think this could be my opportunity to try out a new role (e.g. move from marketing to product management) — is this for me?

  
  Absolutely, and we love that silver-lining mindset! When filling out the registration form, we recommend you sign up for a “Career coaching” session so we can help you reposition yourself for that exciting pivot.

  Since our recruiters’ specialties are in tech recruitment, we will be focused on this industry specifically.

  What languages will sessions be offered in?

  
  You can choose to have your session in either Hebrew or English.

  Does it matter what level of experience I have?

  
  Nope. We’re open to offering this to anyone who fits the criteria above, from entry-level employees to directors and VPs.
